Previous timings and distances will encourage the climber to firstly,
keep a track of his/her progress and secondly, push one’s own self to go
further and beat his/her own records, that way ensure both fitness and
fun of a competition, with time, with speed, with distance of one’s own
record, and of course with gravity.
Compare your speed, time & distance climbed
In
addition to competing with one’s own self, climbers can have a
comparative analysis amongst themselves for speed, distance & time on
various routes that can be setup on the CLIFF.
Pre-fed program routes available with a varying intensity
level
Pre-fed mountain programs can be fed for varying intensity levels for
the climbers to enjoy. The programs can be varied from easy warm ups to
exciting full body workouts with complex overhang angles and high
speeds.
Interests people from all age groups
The
CLIFF can be used by people of all age groups, from 15 to 50. Anybody
who can and wants to rock climb can climb the CLIFF. As rock climbing is
a fun activity for anybody who is up to it, so is the CLIFF.
